Carl spearheads the company’s Warehousing function as Warehouse & Logistics Manager working from our London Head Office, while also overseeing our warehouses in Brampton and Waterloo. Carl brings a wealth of experience in this expertise, and understands the business very well as a seasoned leader with the company for many years. The role of Warehouse & Logistics Manager is to spearhead best practices in Warehouse management and logistics for all locations (and growing), and overseeing the Material Handling, Shipping and Receiving, and Trucking teams. The Warehouse Manager spends real time at all locations.
Customer Care Manager
Carol manages the Customer Care Department for the company as the Customer Care Manager, and the role resides out of Head Office, London, Ontario. Carol has 15 years of Customer Care management experience with Crawford and 20 years previously in Customer Care and Administration.
The role of Customer Care Manager is to provide World Class service and heighten customer satisfaction by providing continuous mentorship, and the tools and problem-solving resources to develop and grow staff as expert service providers.
Sales Support Manager
Heather manages the Sales Support Department for the company as the Sales Support Manager. This role resides out of our Brampton Office, and supports our Sales teams in Brampton, London and Waterloo. There are four Sales Support Representatives throughout our locations. Heather has five years of Sales Support experience with Crawford Packaging as well as several years’ experience in administrative and supervisory roles with other organizations prior.
The role of Sales Support Manager is to provide service excellence and maintain customer satisfaction by providing training, best practices and enhancing processes, internal controls and systems.
Jennifer as Controller, oversees the Accounting/Finance Function for the entire company. The role resides out of Head Office, London, Ontario and supports both our Brampton and Waterloo offices. Jen has 15+ years of progressive finance/accounting leadership experience, and the most recent five years with Crawford. The role of Controller provides the very best in quality service to both our internal and external customers. Jen provides her team with continuous mentorship and accounting best practices in support of the growing needs of the company.
Katie, our Human Resources Specialist, spearheads the Human Resources (HR) function for the company, and the role resides out of Head Office, London, Ontario. This role also supports our offices in Brampton and Waterloo. Katie is a certified Human Resources Professional and comes with 6+ years of Human Resources Leadership/Generalist experience.
The role of HR for us is to spearhead best HR practices (in support of both our employees and the organization as a whole) especially as we continue to grow.
Procurement and Inventory Manager
Paul is the Procurement and Inventory Manager (PIM) for all operations and locations of Crawford Packaging. Paul works from our London, Ontario head office. Paul has over 30+ years of procurement and inventory leadership experience, and has been performing this role with the company for the past 18 years.
Yvonne is the Sales Manager for the Industrial Packaging Division of Crawford Packaging and operates from our Brampton Ontario facility. Yvonne has over 28 years of experience within the industrial packaging distribution business and is the first and only female Sales Manager within our industry in Canada.
The role and objective of Industrial Sales Manager for Crawford Packaging is to drive sales and margin growth so that we will double our sales every five years.
