Loveshaw automatic case erecting and case sealing machines and Crawford Packaging have been in partnership since 2010 supplying a wide range of automatic case sealing and erecting machines. Our partnership with Loveshaw began when Crawford acquired Provincial Packaging in 2011.
Loveshaw case erectors and case sealers are known for their easy-to-use machines that eliminate the need for a large team and the hassle of manual tape dispensers. Loveshaw case erectors and case sealers, otherwise known as Little David case erectors and case sealers, are manufactured in the USA giving them a large North American presence.
At Crawford, we supply a large variety of automatic and semi-automatic case erectors, as well as automatic and semi-automatic case sealing machines. These machines can be supplied to a variety of locations across Canada.
Operating Loveshaw automatic case erector and case sealing machines properly is something we take into consideration when going through the purchasing process. Therefore, we send our service technicians directly to Loveshaw in the US to receive hands-on training.

Up to 20 cases per minute
Automatic case sealing machines are known for saving time and increasing throughput by eliminating handheld taping. These machines come in both automatic and semi-automatic formats as well as in random formats, and uniform formats.
Random case sealer machines can adjust their tape head height to any case size on their own. Uniform case sealing machines require a manual adjustment of the tape head to seal boxes of different heights.
Automatic case erecting machines reduce the need for manual forming and folding of cartons. These machines come in both automatic and semi-automatic formats. These case erecting machines can assemble up to 20 boxes per minute as well as increase overall throughput.
