Our team of factory trained and certified technicians are available for onsite service calls, perfect for large machinery. In house repair services are available for smaller pieces of equipment. This would include equipment such as water-activated tape dispensers, strapping tools and heat sealing machines. Ordering Parts Through Our Repair Program
1 – Contact Crawford Packaging Service Department and provide machine Model, Serial and Vendor part number (if available)
2 – Our Service Department establishes a customer Account is properly set up and is up to date
3 – Once an account has been verified you will receive a Quote for your requested part
4 – Once you have accepted the quote the part order is entered with the parts supplier
5 – Parts are shipped directly to your facility or shipped as per your instructions

Ordering Parts for Your Repair Team
1 – Call Crawford Packaging’s Service Department requesting the part providing machine model, serial and Vendor part number (if available)
2 – Our Service Department establishes a customer Account is properly set up and is up to date
3 – Once an account has been verified you will receive a Quote for your requested part
4 – Once you have accepted the quote the part order is entered with the parts supplier
5 – Once you have received the needed parts a Service Repair is scheduled with our trained and certified Technicians to complete the repair
