Crawford Packaging has recently experienced a cybersecurity breach. At this time, there is no known impact to our operations or our ability to serve our customers and suppliers.

Upon discovery, we immediately identified the affected account and device and took swift action to secure them. We have contained the breach, disabled the affected access, and implemented additional security measures to prevent further unauthorized activity within our environment. Our investigation remains ongoing, and we continue to monitor the situation closely.

Cyber criminals are persistent and often attempt to exploit trust by impersonating legitimate organisations. As a precaution, please remind your staff to carefully verify the sender’s email address and be especially cautious of requests involving banking information, payment instructions, account changes, wire transfers, or remittance updates.

IMPORTANT: Any request to change banking, payment, or remittance information should always be verbally confirmed with a known and trusted Crawford Packaging contact before any action is taken. Because threat actors may attempt to spoof our company or our employees, independent verification is essential.
