COVID-19 Notice Update, April 22, 2020
Protecting Our Employees and Yours
We continue to make changes to protect the health and safety of our employees and yours. Effective May 4th we are modifying some of our delivery schedules so we can consolidate deliveries thus reducing personal contact points. There are also side benefits to consolidating deliveries; reducing truck time at your dock and reducing the number of receipts and invoices to be processed.
In some service areas we are going to day of the week delivery where delivery days may be Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday.
If our trucks deliver to your Ontario location, please consult your Sales Rep or Customer Care and they can tell you what the delivery schedule is for your area.
Thanks for your understanding as we all navigate through the changes necessary to come out stronger on the other side.
Regards,
John Ashby
President
