To our valued customers:

As you know, Covid-19 coupled with the Texas power grid issue has presented many challenges for small and large businesses alike and as a result we are seeing its impact across our supply chain.

We are writing to inform you that many of Crawford Packaging’s suppliers have now sent out Force Majeure Event notices. These notices mean that our contracts with these suppliers are now null and void, which in turn will impact our customers in the following areas:

  • Price increases

  • Supply shortages

  • Freight shortages/increases

  • Weather-related issues

  • Allocation issues

As we manage and mitigate these unforeseen supply issues and price increases, we are doing everything in our power to build the supply chain and keep our clients running.
