Crawford Packaging is Participating in Light the Night 2019
Crawford Packaging is excited to announce that we will be once again participating in Light the Night. From now until Saturday, October 19th 2019, our team will be raising money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada (LLSC).
The Light the Night Walk is the LLSC’s signature event that helps raise funds for blood cancer research and support programs for patients, survivors, and caregivers. The London event takes place in Victoria Park, where participants are invited to celebrate, honour, and remember those touched by cancer.
This year’s London event has a goal of raising $325,000. As of this writing, a total of $55,428 has been donated, so there is still more work to be done.
At last year’s Light the Night, our team raised a whopping $13,226 and have made $13,000 our goal for this year. Crawford Packaging will also (once again) be matching all funds raised by employees.
