Steaming from the VR-8 Master, the VR-8 Advance flow wrapping machine is an efficient, practical, and easy-to-manage solution to optimize the packaging process. The VR8 Advance includes enhancements that further extend the machine’s capabilities in terms of product format and packaging speed. Solutions have been introduced that further simplify changeover, reduce overall downtime, and minimize film consumption while ensuring excellent compatibility with sustainable materials.

Features:

  • Expandable coil holder, speeds up the change of film reel when they run out. It includes a coil centering tuning by means of a front handwheel.
  • Instantaneous speed reducer, to facilitate the operation of the machine in situations that require lowering the packaging speed and optimizing times.
  • Storable bag length and pusher head-cutter  phase for quick and easy format changeovers.
  • Speed can be memorised in each recipe, for easy format changeover.
  • Three couples of sealing wheels with pressure system perpendicular to the teeth with regulation through handwheels
