Automatic Side Seal Shrink Wrap Systems
The BVM Compacta EGS is designed for fully automatic packaging. Designed to meet a wide variety of applications, the Compacta EGS is completely customizable, offering several different variations, capabilities, orientations, and accessories.
With an inline product flow, the Compacta EGS is sensor-controlled to accommodate both manual or automatic loading. The Compacta’s feeding systems ensure superior performance and make it possible to run production speeds over 100 cycles per minute.
Features:
- Top performance with all types of film
- Working in line, a light barrier control enables manual and fully automatic feeding.
- Constant temperature on sealing device
- Printed, coloured, with print mark, flat or semi-tubular film can be processed using the corresponding additional options.
- Simple changeover without handwheels or handling of the operating elements guarantee short changeover times and high production reliability.

- Sealing width – 500mm-1000mm
- Pass-through height – up to 220mm
