The constantly heated sealing system is capable of sealing many types of films, including polyethylene, PVC and polyolefin. This allows the BVM Genius to excel in the packaging of many types of products at speeds of up to 150 packs per minute, without diminishing quality or consistency.

  • Working in-line, this light barrier-controlled machine can be loaded both manually and fully automatically.
  • The areas of application are diverse and range from the packaging of folding boxes of all kinds
  • The feed can consist of a belt infeed, accumulation roller conveyor or chain gripper.
  • Printed, coloured, with print mark, flat or semi-tubular film can be processed using the corresponding additional options.
  • Simple changeover without handwheels or handling of the operating elements guarantee short changeover times and high production reliability.
