Automatic Form-Fill-Seal Shrink Wrapper

The Shanklin Triumph 2 Automatic Form-Fill-Seal shrink wrap machine is a great solution for packaging needs that require more advanced features than an L-Sealer but fewer features than a High Speed Automatic Wrapper. The Shanklin Triumph 2 offers speed, flexibility and high performance. The added T-71 Shrink Tunnel will assist with shrinking high volume, heat absorptive surfaces and irregular shaped packages.

The T-71 has a longer single chamber which increases shrink capacity at higher speeds. Also, the fully controllable air temperature allows you to customize shrinking conditions to the application.

  • Flexible format – generates product spacing automatically for randomly presented products, up to 7 1/2″ tall
  • High throughput speeds – With a belt speed of 90 feet/minute, the system can easily process up to 60 packages per minute.
  • Easy Setup – Full automatic operation with scale based reference points for repeatability.
  • Integration with existing packaging equipment lines
  • Intuitive touch screen control panel for speeds, sealing temperatures, diagnostics and more.
