The Wulftec WRT-150 Semi- Automatic Stretch Wrapper produces 50 loads per hour.

WRT-100 manufactured by Wulftec offers an effective alternative to hand wrapping production. This Rotary Arm Stretch Wrapper has a streamlined structure that uses upper mounting plates instead of a traditional machine base. This allows a WRT-100 to be directly attached to an existing column in a facility.

Features:

  • The control panel is neatly organized eliminating time otherwise lost searching for wires
  • All motors, proximity sensors, photoeyes and other sensors have quick disconnect cables that simplify installation and maintenance
  • Dual chain driven for balanced movement & no vibration
  • The “Maintenance Free” spring loaded carriage gate equipped with spring loaded rollers, ensures optimal contact with the stretch film year after year, without involving maintenance
  • The angled carriage with very low wrap possibility, the product is properly secured to the pallet, resulting in a pallet that is more stable for transport, and therefore less damage
