Flexible Single Lane Tray Sealer
Packaging Automation’s Revolution can seal up to 200 packs per minute, making it the fastest tray sealer on the market. Environmental considerations are incorporated into the design, film as thin as 17 μm can be used to reduce packaging waste. The Revolution is equipped with removable tooling impressions that allows for continuous operation of the machine.

- Robotic in-feed, continuous motion system, increases throughput and avoids any pauses
- Synchronized transfer from belt to sealing creating increased cycle speeds and less aggressive transfers
- POD-tech, cartridge style tooling – gives a 90% reduction in any unplanned downtime
