Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to assist you. However, please note that certain conditions apply, and a restocking fee may be charged on returns.
RETURNS
- Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a refund, minus a restocking fee. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns unless the item is defective, or the return is due to an error on our part.
- Non-returnable items: Custom, personalized items and some Non-stock Items are non-returnable. Contact customer care for part clarification.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at orders@crawfordpackaging.com or call 1-800-265-4783 to request a return authorization (RA).
2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive an RA number and detailed instructions on how the item will be returned.
3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, or an error was made with the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
- Processing Time: After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to be applied to your account.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all eligible returns. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, restocking, and handling the returned item.
Exchanges
- Exchanges for Defective Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it for the correct product or provide a full refund (including no restocking fee).
- Exchanges for Different Products: For exchanges for other products, you will need to return the original item and place a new order. The restocking fee will still apply to the returned item.
