Wecon Light Duty Gravity Roller Conveyor lines are well suited to a wide array of conveyor applications including: shipping, distribution, packaging assembly, production lines and more.

Wecon Light Duty Gravity Conveyors offer a economic conveying solution for situations where a powered conveyor is not required.

Specifications

  • Gravity Roller Conveyor Frame: 2 ½” deep, 12 gauge formed steel or 1/8″ aluminum channel with welded cross members

  • Gravity Rollers: 1.4″ diameter, 18 gauge galvanized steel or heat treated aluminum tubing, oiled ball bearings both ends.

  • Gravity Roller Axles: 5/16″ hex spring loaded axles spaced on 1 ½”, 3″, 4″, 4 ½”, 6″, 8″, 9″, or 12″ centers.

  • Gravity Roller Conveyor Lengths: 5′ and 10′ standard, with custom lengths available.

  • Gravity Conveyor Widths: 12″, 15″, 18″, 21″, 24″ and 30″ overall.

  • Wecon Conveyor Curves: 30° to 90°, 48″ outside radius on 12″, 15″ and 18″ widths; 60″ outside radius on 21″, 24″ and 30″ widths
