Wecon’s Slider Bed Conveyor is an economical choice for assembly line, sorting, inspection or other unit handling applications requiring a more rigid construction.
The Slider Bed Conveyor [ AKA power conveyor], provides a gentle yet positive handling of light to heavy items. Slider Bed Conveyor is an economical powered conveyor solution and an ideal choice when applications move a wide variety of load sizes and shapes. Slider Bed easily handles mixed loads and hard-to-convey items.

Slider Bed Conveyor Belt: Friction/Friction, PVC or rough top.
Slider Bed Conveyor Belt Widths: 8″ to 60″ in 6″ increments.
Slider Bed Conveyor Bed: 12 gauge formed steel slider bed pans, 5 ¼” deep frames.
Slider Bed Conveyor Lengths: 5′ and 10′ standard.
Slider Bed Conveyor Conveying Speed: Standard 60 FPM [other speeds available]
Slider Bed Powered Conveyor Drive & Tail Pulleys: 4″, 6″ or 8″ with solid welded shafts and crowning for easy tracking
Slider Bed Powered Conveyor Return Rollers: 1.9″ diameter with greased packed ball bearings.
Slider Bed Powered Conveyor Bearings: Sealed, self aligning, pre-lubricated on drive and tail pulleys.
Slider Bed Powered Conveyor Motor: ½ HP to 2 HP, 3 phase, 60 HZ.
