Shanklin®, now a brand of Sealed Air®, shrink wrap machines and Sealed Air® void fill machines have been in partnership with Crawford Packaging since 2010 supplying a wide range of automatic and semi-automatic shrink wrap machines as well as void fill machines.

Our partnership with Shanklin®, otherwise known as Sealed Air®, started when Crawford acquired Provincial Packaging and expand our offerings of Sealed Air® products.

When the Shanklin® brand was acquired by Sealed Air®, we knew it was a great opportunity for our customers. Shanklin machines are manufactured in the US and since Crawford was already a distributor of Sealed Air® products, it further built our North American presence and strengthened our position as a leading Sealed Air® distributor.

At Crawford, we supply a wide range of Sealed Air®, shrink wrap machines including L-sealers, automatic side sealers, and shrink tunnels. Also, Sealed Air® void fill machines can inflate different types of protective packaging including traditional bubble wrap, protective pillows, and more.

As well, shrink wrap machines and void fill machines can be provided to a variety of locations across Canada.

Operating Sealed Air® machines properly is something we value therefore, we send our Service Technicians directly to Sealed Air’s® facility in the USA to receive high-level hands-on training.

Automatic L-Sealers:

Automatic shrinking machines, specifically l-sealers, create poly bags using heat-sensitive shrink film to package your product. Automatic L-sealers wrappers, also known as automatic heat shrink packaging machines, are optimal for products of various sizes and can package up to 35 packs per minute.

Sealed Air® L-Sealing Shrink Wrappers are available in both automatic and semi-automatic formats.

Automatic shrinking machines provide a fast and efficient way to shrink wrap your products for a variety of different industries. This application method is optimal for high output and can package up to 60 packs per minute.

Sealed Air® shrink wrapping machines are available in fully automatic formats.

Automatic shrink wrapping machines, specifically shrink tunnels, use temperature-controlled tunnels to tighten shrink film that has been applied to your products. Shrink wrap tunnels are optimal for lower packaging volumes that run at lower pack speeds.

Shrink wrap tunnel systems are available in both single chamber and dual chamber formats.

Sealed Air® Void Fill Machines:

Sealed Air® void fill machines are responsible for inflating a flat film to create what is commonly known as Sealed Air® bubble wrap, to create the protective packaging. These Sealed Air® bubble wrap machines can create two different types of protective bubbles. The first being small, quilted bubbles and the other being inflated pillows.

Both of these void fill machines cut down packing times significantly.
