Wulftec stretch wrap equipment and strapping machines have been in partnership with Crawford since 2000, supplying both semi-automatic stretch wrap machines as well as automatic stretch wrap machines and strapping machines. We were first made aware of Wulftec through our Balpex Membership Community.

As members of Balpex and a distributor in the Industrial market, our presence with Wulftec grew. From the beginning, Crawford Packaging has been focused on solutions and how we can solve our customer’s problems, which falls directly in line with Wulftec’s philosophy.

All Wulftec stretch wrap equipment and strapping machines are manufactured in the US giving them a large North American presence.

At Crawford, we have a large variety stretch wrap equipment including turntable, rotary arm, and horizontal stretch wrappers as well as strapping machines to improve containment strength and automate your packaging process.

These Wulftec machines can be provided to a variety of locations across Canada.

Operating Wulftec stretch wrap machines properly is something we prioritize therefore, we send our Crawford Service Technicians directly to Wulftec to receive high-level training.

On top of this strong partnership we’ve built with Wulftec, in 2020 we had the honour of being Wulftec’s Canadian Distributor of the Year.

Wulftec Stretch Wrap and Strapping Machines

Turntable

Wulftec Stretch Wrapping machines, specifically turntable, use a rotating platform to turn your pallet in place while wrapping 20-40 loads per hour. A mechanical arm applies the stretch film ensuring an even, high-quality application.

Wulftec’s Turntable Stretch Wrappers are available in automatic and semi-automatic formats.

Rotary Arm:

Rotary Arm Stretch Wrappers keep your load stationary while a mechanical arm rotates around the load wrapping up to 40 loads per hour. This application method is optimal for tall or oddly weighted loads that have a risk of collapsing or falling over.

Wulftec’s Turntable Stretch Wrappers are available in automatic and semi-automatic formats.

Horizontal:

Orbital Stretch Wrapping Machines, otherwise known as Horizontal Stretch Wrapping Machines, are for stretch wrapping long, wide loads.

Wulftec’s WRWA-200 utilizes a 20” no thread powered pre-stretch carriage to move the load through the stretch wrapping machine. A rotating ring, which is available in 4 different sizes, circles the load applying a consistent wrap for up to 120 loads per hour.

Wulftec Automatic Strapping:

Wulftec automatic strapping machines come in a variety of automatic formats. Wulftec’s fully automatic strapping machines have sensors to detect the load, automatically apply the straps, tighten, and cut without the need for operator interaction.
